2. Meme Coins

2.1 Entertainment Purpose Only

The meme coins available on PiMemeCoins are for entertainment purposes only. They have no intrinsic value and should not be considered as investments or financial instruments. You acknowledge that meme coins are created and traded solely for entertainment and community engagement.

2.2 No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding the value, stability, or availability of meme coins. The value of meme coins may fluctuate significantly and could potentially become worthless. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with creating, buying, selling, and holding meme coins.

2.3 Ownership and Control

Meme coins exist only within the PiMemeCoins platform database and are not blockchain-based tokens or cryptocurrencies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any meme coin at our discretion.

3. Pi Network Integration

3.1 Pi Cryptocurrency

PiMemeCoins allows you to use Pi cryptocurrency to create and trade meme coins. You acknowledge that all Pi transactions are irreversible and that we are not responsible for any loss of Pi cryptocurrency.

3.2 Wallet Connection

By connecting your Pi Network wallet, you authorize us to interact with your wallet as necessary to facilitate transactions on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your wallet and private keys.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION
• ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
• THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PIMEMECOINS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
• LOSS OF PI CRYPTOCURRENCY OR MEME COINS
• FLUCTUATIONS IN THE VALUE OF MEME COINS

6. Use at Your Own Risk

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with using the Service, including but not limited to:

• The risk of losing Pi cryptocurrency
• The risk of meme coins losing value or becoming worthless
• The risk of technical issues or service interruptions
• The risk of actions taken by other users

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PiMemeCoins and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PiMemeCoins operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
